Product leader specialising in regulated euro stablecoins, MiCA compliance, and multi-chain DeFi infrastructure.

I co-founded Membrane Finance, the issuer of EUROe – which became one of the most integrated euro stablecoin by end-2024, deployed across EVM chains, Solana, and Concordium. We achieved early MiCA compliance as an EMI and built programmatic stablecoin mint/redeem infrastructure. In February 2025, Paxos completed the acquisition of Membrane.

As Head of Product & Growth, I led the product strategy that drove integrations with major DeFi protocols and exchanges, navigated complex EMI/MiCA regulatory requirements, and shipped API-first infrastructure enabling institutional-grade euro on/off-ramps.

Membrane Finance (Co-founder, Head of Growth & Product): Led product and growth for Europe’s leading stablecoin issuer. We achieved MiCA compliance first in the EU and a successful exit to Paxos in 2024.

Tracer DAO (Head of Product): Directed product strategy for a decentralised derivatives protocol on Arbitrum. Managed an international team through complex DeFi challenges before our merger with Mycelium in 2022.

Tesseract (Head of Growth): Scaled one of Europe’s largest institutional crypto credit platforms, culminating in Finland’s largest Series A in 2021.

Nordmine Technologies (Operations): Built and operated the largest non-Bitcoin mining facility in the Nordics — an education in infrastructure, economics, and operational excellence.
